**Responsibilities**:

- Edit videos for **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, documentaries, short films, and devotional music videos**:

- Create **dynamic, high-energy edits** that align with ISKCON’s mission and aesthetics
- Work with raw footage and audio files to create polished, impactful videos
- Add **appropriate background music, transitions, subtitles, effects**, and graphics
- Collaborate with our creative and social media teams for content planning and post-production
- Maintain consistency with ISKCON's **spiritual and devotional theme**:

- Optimize content for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with fast turnaround times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**, or similar tools
- Understanding of **storytelling, pacing, transitions**, and **audio/video synchronization**:

- Familiarity with trends in **reels, social media content, and devotional/spiritual presentations**:

- Creative mind with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bonus: Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience with **spiritual or devotional organizations**:

- Interest or background in **ISKCON, Vedic culture, or Bhakti movement**:

- Basic knowledge of **Srila Prabhupada’s mission and teachings** is a plus
