**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding room blocks, corporate events, weddings, and other group bookings.
- Upsell additional hotel services such as catering, banquet space, and meeting rooms.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential clients.
- Provide personalized service to clients from initial inquiry through the event or stay, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients and provide detailed information on available services and facilities.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure all guest and event requirements are communicated and fulfilled.
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel and generate leads.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
