**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Baking and Production**:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
- Follow and adapt recipes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients as necessary to ensure uninterrupted production.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure all baked products meet the quality standards of the bakery and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections of materials and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Mentor and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff, providing training on techniques and best practices.
- Schedule shifts and manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery team to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Menu Development**:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new baked goods and seasonal products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to innovate product offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Interact with customers to receive feedback and improve products based on customer preferences.
- Assist in promoting special baked items and highlight seasonal treats.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary Arts degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a baking or pastry role within a professional kitchen or bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Creativity in designing new baked goods and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
