Key Responsibilities:

- **Baking and Production**: Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality, properly presented, and meet the establishment's standards.
- **Recipe Development**: Assist in creating new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and market trends.
- **Inventory Management**: Help manage inventory levels of baking ingredients, ensuring that stock is fresh and properly stored.
- **Hygiene Practices**: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to junior bakers or apprentices.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training new staff members and share knowledge of baking techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery setting.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and passion for baking and pastry arts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
