**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and guidelines for quality service
- Collaborate with team leads and QA for performance improvement

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English communication skills**:

- Ability to handle international customers confidently
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation bonus provided)
