**Responsibilities**

- **Prepare architectural drawings, reports, and presentations**:

- Utilize **CAD software** (e.g., **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp**) to create **precise architectural drawings**:

- Conduct **site visits** to ensure **design compliance**:

- **Research materials**, **building codes**, and **construction techniques**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture**:

- **1-2 years** of **professional experience** in an **architectural firm**:

- **Proficiency in CAD software** (**AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp**, etc.)
- **Basic knowledge of liasoning** with stakeholders to ensure **compliance** and obtain **approvals**:

- **Excellent communication** and **teamwork skills**:

- Knowledge of **building bye-laws** and **regulations**:

- Ability to **handle multiple projects** and **meet deadlines**:

- **Strong attention to detail** and **problem-solving abilities**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
