**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic counseling to students, assisting them in setting academic goals and developing study plans.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic needs and challenges.
- Offer guidance on course selection, academic programs, and career pathways based on students' interests and aptitudes.
- Monitor students' academic progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop intervention plans for students facing academic difficulties.
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and other academic topics to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
- Stay updated on educational trends, resources, and best practices in academic counseling.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to reach their academic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or student advising, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of educational resources, assessment tools, and counseling techniques.
- Understanding of academic requirements and curriculum standards at various levels of education.
- Ability to adapt counseling strategies to meet the diverse needs of students from different backgrounds and abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in counseling practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

**Salary**: ₹11,953.83 - ₹25,013.99 per month
