
Front Desk Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors or clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding the company’s services, products, and policies.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
- Maintain and update visitor logs, tracking all guests entering and exiting the building.
- Monitor the security system and ensure that access control procedures are followed.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders for bookings, deliveries, and services.
- Handle requests for meeting rooms and manage conference room schedules.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Take initiative to find solutions to operational challenges and improve overall front desk service.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Enter data into the office system, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, which may include helping with event coordination or assisting other departments when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
