**Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.***: Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in road construction, manufacturing, or related industries**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Reports**:

- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other communications as needed.
- Ensure efficient organization and filing of critical documents, both physical and digital.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel logistics align with the executive’s schedule.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events, including logistics, agendas, and communication with participants.
- Record minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- **Task and Project Management**:

- Assist in managing projects and tracking progress.
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are executed in alignment with company goals.
- **Confidentiality and Compliance**:

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain records in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Respond to inquiries, filter information, and redirect communications to appropriate departments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Miscellaneous**:

- Handle personal tasks for executives as required, such as personal errands or appointments.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees or preparing company documents.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
