**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- **Sales Conversion**: Identify customer needs and provide solutions, leading to successful sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to close sales and resolve queries.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through market research and cold calling.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions to address customer questions confidently.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve offerings and strategies.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Fluency in English or Hindi
