**Job Description - Project Architect**

**Role**:Project Architect

**Languages**: English,Kannada,Hindi

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary** : As per the experience

**Experience**: 5 + years

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Oversee junior architects and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of design documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders to communicate design progress and project milestones.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with project management tools.
- **Strong leadership** and **team management skills.**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and creative **problem-solving abilities.**:

- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Team Handling - 10-20 no’s
- Assertive Communication Skills
- **Collaboration Skills**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5 + years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
