Customer Service Representative

Mumbai, India Tech Care for All Full time

We are looking for an individual with 2-4 years of administrative and customer support work experience. Should be self-motivated, strong work ethics, able to work remotely online with minimum supervision. Prior experience in healthcare setting is a plus but not showstopper.

The individual will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Follow up with customers/ clients/ vendors (such as doctors) through phone calls/ other communication media
- Offer first level IT support
- Creating various web domains on our custom platform after training
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Organize meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain electronic and physical files
- Maintain weekly schedules of employees
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information

**Key skills**:

- Graduate (or equivalent in work experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Comfortable working on windows systems, good understanding in creating power point presentations, working on excel, zoom, mail and calendar etc
- Strong work ethics
- Team player

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
