We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will work closely with the operations team to support various aspects of our business operations and gain hands-on experience in all facets of operations management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations processes.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in analyzing operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in project management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and coordination of operational activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
