**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production**: Direct and supervise the activities of factory workers engaged in modular furniture manufacturing. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and train production staff to optimize their performance and enhance their skills. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and productivity.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for improved efficiency.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all modular furniture products meet or exceed company standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to product quality.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment. Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule routine servicing and address any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components required for production. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize production delays.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all factory employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the production process. Implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on production metrics, including output volume, quality levels, and adherence to schedules. Provide updates to management on production status and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, particularly in modular furniture production.

**Salary**: ₹18,081.05 - ₹25,164.96 per month
