**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor **tube-filling and sealing machines** as per SOPs.
- Set up machines before the production cycle, ensuring proper functioning.
- Load raw materials and packaging materials (tubes, caps, etc.) on the machine.
- Perform routine quality checks on filled products (weight, sealing, coding, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, and downtime.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major faults to maintenance.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Support changeovers and line clearance activities between batches/products.
- Work collaboratively with the production supervisor and quality team to meet daily targets.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S practices on the shop floor.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: ITI / Diploma (with relevant experience).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in operating tube-filling machines in FMCG / cosmetics / personal care / pharmaceutical industry.
- Freshers with technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with tube-filling and sealing machinery.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting.
- Understanding of GMP and production safety protocols.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Punctual, disciplined, and quality-conscious.
