- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining optimal stock levels of spare parts for various car models.
- Regularly checking inventory levels and placing orders with suppliers to avoid stockouts.
- Managing the receiving and storage of incoming spare parts, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Performing periodic stock checks and identifying discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Attending to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, providing accurate information about availability and pricing.
- Identifying the correct spare parts based on customer descriptions of vehicle issues or service needs.
- Processing customer orders efficiently, including generating quotes and confirming delivery timelines.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinating with service technicians to accurately identify required parts for vehicle repairs.
- Picking and packing spare parts according to customer orders.
- Ensuring timely delivery of parts to the service bays.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identifying and sourcing new suppliers for spare parts.
- Negotiating pricing and delivery terms with vendors.
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable part availability.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintaining accurate records of all spare parts transactions, including purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory levels.
- Utilizing computer systems to manage parts inventory and generate reports.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying potential demand changes for spare parts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
