Job Overview: The Spares Parts Executive will manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts for various car brands in Automin - a multi-car brand garage. The role involves ensuring timely availability of parts, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating with the service team to meet repair needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels for multiple car brands, conduct audits, and track inventory.
- Procurement: Source parts from approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Supplier Management: Build relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Coordination: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to meet parts requirements.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting genuine, OEM, or aftermarket parts.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare reports on stock levels and supplier performance, and ensure adherence to regulations.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of spare parts for various car brands.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s.
- 2-4 years of experience in spare parts management in a multi-brand garage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
