Receive process and track orders for spare parts from customers and service technicians.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability information for spare parts.
Create and maintain an accurate database of spare parts inventory and orders.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts to complete repairs.
Ensure that all spare parts are properly labelled and stored in their designated locations.
Monitor and maintain proper levels of inventory to minimize stock shortages and excess stock.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing spare parts inventory and minimizing costs.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions, including purchases and returns.
Participate in the development of service centre budgets and assist with cost management efforts.
