About Us:
MoniCare Salon by actress Monica Bedi is a premium unisex salon offering luxury hair, nail, skin, and grooming services. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist cum Salon Manager to be the face of our brand and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients with appointments and inquiries
- Manage salon bookings, walk-ins, and client follow-ups
- Handle billing, cash register, and daily sales reporting
- Supervise staff schedules and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain salon hygiene, ambiance, and client experience standards
- Support promotional activities, influencer visits, and customer engagement
- Coordinate with management for stock, services, and daily updates

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist/manager in a salon or spa (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of salon services and products
- Ability to manage staff and resolve client issues professionally
- Proficiency in computer & POS billing systems

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
