We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to take charge of the responsibilities outlined in the job description and drive our team to new heights
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Regularly conduct stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Supervise the receipt of incoming goods, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Coordinate the efficient dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement systematic labelling and storage procedures for easy retrieval of goods.
- Enforce safety guidelines and compliance standards within the warehouse, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Adhere to legal requirements related to the storage and handling of goods.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback and organize staff shift to meet operational requirements.
- Oversee the accurate picking and packing of orders, minimizing errors and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Implement best practices for order fulfilment processes.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods meet specified standards before dispatch.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as stock movements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely receipt of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in warehouse management.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen situations such as stock shortages, damaged goods, or other emergencies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
