**Job Description**:
The Godown Incharge will be responsible for managing the operations of the godown, ensuring the quality of drinking water cans through pH value checks and QR code scanning, overseeing loading and shipment processes, and maintaining overall godown organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct pH value checks on every drinking water can to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Scan QR codes on each can to verify product information and maintain records.

2. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the management.

3. Loading and Shipment:

- Supervise the loading of drinking water cans onto delivery vehicles.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with drivers and loaders to streamline the loading and unloading processes.

4. Operational Efficiency:

- Organize the godown layout to maximize space utilization and ease of access.
- Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the godown.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of godown equipment and facilities.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed logs of pH checks, QR code scans, and inventory movements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on godown operations, stock levels, and shipment status to the management.

6. Team Management:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders and drivers.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on operational procedures and safety practices.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience in godown or warehouse management, preferably in the water or beverage industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items when required.

Working Conditions:

- This position is based in Venkata Mangalam, Ponmar, Chennai.
- The role involves working in a warehouse environment with regular physical activity.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational demands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
