Physiotherapist

We are excited to inform you about an exciting opportunity to join **GiftAbled Foundation** as a **Physiotherapist** in our team based in **Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh Onsite**. GiftAbled Foundation is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusive healthcare solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to improving the lives of our beneficiaries.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- **Community-Based Therapy**: Conduct home visits to provide personalized physiotherapy, assess needs, and collaborate with community health workers and families.
- **Center-Based Therapy**: Provide physiotherapy sessions at the center, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- **Goonjan Software Beneficiary Progress Data Update**: Accurately document and update progress using Goonjan Software, and generate reports for evaluation and reporting purposes.
- **Training and Capacity Building**: Train community health workers and family members in basic physiotherapy techniques, and organize workshops for the community.
- **Collaboration and Advocacy**: Work with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs, and advocate for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain thorough records of therapy sessions and progress, and prepare monthly reports on therapy activities and beneficiary progress.

**Qualifications**:

- A **Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy**.
- Relevant experience in **community-based rehabilitation** and **center-based therapy**.
- Proficiency in using **software tools for data management**, preferably Goonjan Software.
- Strong **communication skills** and ability to work in a **multidisciplinary team**.
- A deep commitment to the **values and mission** of GiftAbled Foundation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
