**Job Description: Physiotherapist - GiftAbled Foundation, Balrampur**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Community-Based Therapy**:

- Conduct regular visits to the homes of beneficiaries to provide personalized physiotherapy sessions.
- Assess and identify the specific needs of individuals within the community, tailoring therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with community health workers and families to ensure continuity of care and support for beneficiaries.

2. **Center-Based Therapy**:

- Provide physiotherapy sessions at the Balrampur center for beneficiaries with varying needs.
- Maintain a structured therapy schedule and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all beneficiaries.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals at the center to coordinate care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.

3. **Goonjan Software Beneficiary Progress Data Update**:

- Accurately document and update the progress of beneficiaries using the Goonjan Software.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions, making necessary adjustments.
- Generate reports on beneficiary progress and therapy outcomes for internal review and external reporting.

4. **Training and Capacity Building**:

- Train and mentor community health workers and family members in basic physiotherapy techniques to ensure ongoing care outside formal sessions.
- Organize workshops and awareness programs on physical health and rehabilitation for the community.

5. **Collaboration and Advocacy**:

- Collaborate with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to enhance the reach and impact of physiotherapy services.
- Advocate for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities in the community, promoting awareness and understanding of physiotherapy benefits.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on therapy activities, community outreach, and beneficiary progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Relevant experience in community-based rehabilitation and center-based therapy.
- Proficiency in using software tools for data management, preferably Goonjan Software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to the values and mission of GiftAbled Foundation.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
