**Description**:
**What would you do? (Roles and Responsibilities)**
**Expansion & Growth**
- To support the Expansion plan for the organization
- To ensure alignment between the organization and its authorities toward working in the best interest of the children
**Program Implementation**
- To ensure quality in the delivery of the organization's programs across all institutions in all locations.
- To plan and oversee the recruitment as per the requirement
- To monitor and check for quality through regular visits and interactions with children
- To regularly interact with Trustees and Home authorities to check program quality and
delivery
- To work closely with the state teams in planning and implementation for the year.
**Program Development**
- To regularly improve the quality of the program by reviewing it on frequent
intervals
- To ensure teachers and staff are recruited and trained as per requirement
**Technology**
- Process: To build robust processes and controls and build a culture of metrics
- Technology: Use for deploying standardized high-quality programs, child engagement,
strong databases, and analytics, and for creating operating leverage to scale the organization
**Impact**
- To ensure our programs are efficiently delivered and are cost-effective
- To ensure each of our programs is impactful and makes a real difference to the Child
- To ensure program outcomes are achieved and are documented
- To support in Analyzing and reporting Impact to all stakeholders.
- To support third-party assessments and due diligence by donors as required.
- Design, implement, and communicate a strategy for operational management and
program development, to meet agreed organizational performance plans within timelines.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring and measuring necessary
aspects of operational management and development.
**Budget Management**
- To oversee the budget preparation for all programs
- To review the utilization of budgets on a timely basis
- To support budget vs expense analysis on a quarterly basis with the finance team
- To support donor reporting on the utilization of budgets
**Team Management**
- To recruit the team as per requirements
- To plan the annual staff meeting and oversee the induction plan for new joinees
- To closely work with the teams to ensure quality in delivery
- To train the teams and to evaluate their functioning as per requirement
**Maintaining Key Relationships**
- To maintain key relationships with Trustees and Home authorities to ensure quality care is being provided to every child living under institutional care.
- To develop and maintain key relationships with CWC, DCPO, and District authorities as
required.
- To frequently meet and update the State level authorities on our work and seek their
cooperation
- To work with the government with the aim to get statewide recognition for our work
**Communication & Marketing**
- To work with the donor development team in creating proposals for new projects
- To support the Donor development Team in creating donors reports as required
- To support in creating effective collaterals to narrate our story
- To regularly showcase our success stories in support of building awareness of our work
**Who are we looking for? (Requirements and Qualifications)**
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and innovative approaches to opportunity development
- Broad knowledge and experience in policy development and implementation, project
management, organization development, and people management
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- Striving for excellence in leading others to new levels of effectiveness and impact
- Willingness to travel upto 25% of the time (1 week every month)
**Qualification**: MBA or postgraduate in development, or a similar advanced degree in social work
**Experience**:
- 15+ years overall experience desirable with progressive leadership exposure
- At least 7-8 years of experience in a predominantly supervisory position with a
growth-oriented organization
