**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting best practices.
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making.
- Handle payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA Inter, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- 4-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar accounting role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
