Job description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage and oversee daily accounting operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent analytical skills and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions Key Responsibilities Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records ledgers and financial statements Handle accounts payable and receivable bank reconciliations and vendor management Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS PF ESI Income Tax etc Monitor cash flow budgeting and forecasting activities Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting best practices Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making Handle payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations Hands-on experience with Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting software Excellent numerical and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Professional certifications CA Inter CMA Inter etc will be an added advantage 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar accounting role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in accounting field in school Do you have experience to handle GST Bill Payment Salary Counting and recording Experience Tally 3 years Required ERP systems 3 years Required Accounting 3 years Required Location Warangal Telangana Required Work Location In person
