JOB DESCRIPTION:
We at WINLegally are looking for an Operations & Marketing Executive (with experience of work in the immigration sector) at Chandigarh, Sector -17 Office

**Experience**:
We are Looking for someone who is a fresher with work experience (Preferably in the immigration sector) and who is willing to gain experience in the immigration sector.

Work Place:
Working shall be Work From Office at Chandigarh, Sector -17.

Remuneration:
Based upon the industry standards for an entry-level job.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Draft SOPs, Policies, Plans and Strategies for the growth of the Company
- Help the organization’s processes remain compliant with Formulated Plans and Strategies
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor team performance.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff/teams/service providers.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
