**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty IoT devices with issues related to modems, fuses, antennas, and other components, research the issue, isolate the problem, and resolve it.
- **Functionality Test**:Conduct continuity tests to ensure functionality and may carry out measurements for error analysis.
- **Detailed debugging**:Conduct detailed analysis and debugging to identify root causes of hardware failures.
- **Error Reproduction**:Creating test setups: Service Technician may create test setups for error reproduction.
- **Hardware Repair**:Perform repairs by replacing faulty components such as modems and fuses and executing soldering tasks as needed.
- **Coordinating and Documenting test procedures**:Service engineers may coordinate complaints with the Technical Support Engineers and document test procedures and report results to the Technical Support Engineers.
- **Creating analysis reports**:Prepare root cause analysis report whenever required and may implement corrective and preventative actions.
- **Logistics Assistance**:Assist the logistics team with packing and preparing devices for shipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and good knowledge about PCBs and associated Electronic Components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in diagnosing hardware issues.
- Proficiency in soldering and performing continuity tests.
- Ability to assist in logistics and packing as required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant technical diploma/degree or ITI certified course.
