PracUp, a product of PeopleNorth, helps people Practice Communication to bridge the communication gap at any event, be it workplace or any informal event. PracUp has a range of courses which focuses on work life communication, general improvement and event focused communication. Here coaches help participants from various walks of life practice and upskill their conversation as well as articulation and eventually encourage people to interact effectively and communicate constructively.

We are looking for coaches to collaborate and be a part of our rapidly expanding team. This position is freelance and remote.

**Journey to be a PracUp Coach**

Following are the steps of selection

**Step 01.a.** As a part of assessment one needs to go through a short MCQ and upload their video (5 minutes) stating their experience and reason of joining PracUp

**Step 02**: On confirmation, one goes through a 10-hour certification program which is done virtually in preparation for the sessions

**Step 03**: On qualifying one is activated on the platform as a coach.

**Commitment**:
Minimum 3-6 hours in a week taking one on one virtual coaching sessions with the participants

*Each session duration-1 hour

**Benefits you get as a coach**:
1. Direct Proportion of the revenue as a percentage of the profit and added bonus on maintenance of quality coaching

3. Coach-in-Clinique Certification which is recognised nationally

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience as a trainer or coach in communication, soft skill or related area of people development
- Exposure and experience of working in corporate or business environment would be an added advantage
- A graduation Degree in any discipline or similar qualification
- Expertise in spoken and written English Communication
- Knowledge of working on digital platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
