**Job responsibilities**:
1. Drive Budgetary control & Risk management in each department
2. Need to do competitors analysis on regular intervals
3. Periodic forecasting and course corrections
4. Plan various company strategy and sales plan
5. Help business priorities spends and funding of the same.
6. Ensure distribution channels follow credit policy religiously
7. Optimize product pricing, schemes and incentives
8. Deliver health P&L at Zonal & Product level
9. Redesigning the MIS process
10. Help business conceptualize and enable growth/ improvement oriented initiatives by business
2. Should have strong leadership and influencing skills.
3. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Should have good knowledge about sales and marketing process and variables that determine success.
5. Should be well-versed in Excel, BI tools, CRM & IT Systems
