**Job Title: Sales Associate**
**Location**: Panchkula, IT Park

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timings**: Night Shift (5:30pm to 2.30am)
**Salary**: Rs 25000-30000/- INR
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** to potential clients and introduce company products/services
- Identify and **generate leads** through various channels (online research, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and customer accounts using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback implementation

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**:

- Proven ability in **cold calling** and client outreach
- Strong skills in **lead generation** and customer acquisition strategies
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
