Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in medica software. Enter manually or downloading purchase invoice and ensure purchase entry is done.
- Ensure and release the Payment of Companies according to their payment cycle.
- Ensure the Expiry stock Quantity with Mr. Rajesh Sharma and Raised Debit Note to Company according the Physical Stock Checked.
- Follow up with Company for Credit Note and Matching that with Our Debit Note
- Adjusting Company Credit Note in Outstanding.
- Calming for Extra Scheme to company which is already supply to debtors and follow-up until received from company.
- Addressing daily mail and replying if any.
- Send Stock and Sale Statement as per Company Requirement.
- Generating GST reports and Sending to CA for Return.
- Unblocking Billing Controls when required
- Releasing Customer Credit Note.
- Billing if anyone is absent.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
