**Job Title**: Account Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update accounting records using **Tally ERP**.
- Generate and send invoices, track payments, and handle reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage sales inquiries and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Support in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor account status and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role.
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools is a plus.
