We are looking for an enthusiastic social media coordinator to directly support our director of marketing in their primary and administrative duties. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. This role has many opportunities for expansion and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Monitoring company social media
- Monitor appropriate groups on social media to identify trends and any possible leads
- 2 hours daily of social media engagement
- Lead list generation through social media engagement
- Direct conversations with chatbots to the appropriate party
- Assist with content creation and marketing material creation
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and moderate community forum
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department to generate qualified leads
- Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of materials including graphics, infographics, videos, photos, and articles as needed
- Curate a collection of articles from a variety of sources for the industry news section
- Assist inbound marketing manager and director as needed
- Send cold messages using Linkedin Sales Navigator to generate leads.
- Identify and network with individuals for affiliate program

Requirements and Skills
- Entry-Mid Level Role
- **Good understanding of social media** ( Especially Linkedin and Facebook)
- General understanding of marketing principles
- Hubspot experience is a huge plus but not necessary
- Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines with a well-organized approach
- Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus but not necessary
- Eagerness to learn new information and skills
- Healthcare background preferred but not required
- Administrative, marketing or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong affinity for digital networking
- Strong copywriting skills

NOTE
- Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
- Must be comfortable working the US business hours
- Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB of memory
