**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team. The Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company, including handling day-to-day transactions, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to grow their careers in finance within the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and compiling relevant financial data.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Provide support during audits and help prepare necessary documentation.
- Respond to financial queries from internal departments and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of new financial processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Upto 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
