**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Design**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project.
- Develop creative and innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and villa projects.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
- **Code Compliance**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits for construction projects.
- **Material Selection and Specifications**:

- Research and recommend appropriate materials and finishes for construction projects.
- Prepare material specifications and work closely with project teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
- Communicate effectively to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final design.
- **Collaboration with Project Teams**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate design concepts into project plans.
- Provide support during the construction phase to ensure the faithful implementation of the design.
- **Site Visits**:

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure alignment with the original vision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects including residential, commercial, and villas.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
