**Designation: Medical Sales Representative - Healthcare Professional (HCP) Outreach**

**Function: Sales and Relationship ManagementWork**

**Location: Chennai**

**Reporting to: HCP Outreach Team Lead**

**Goals & Deliverables**:

- Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell AIWO's medical products to healthcareprofessionals (HCPs), including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs toenhance product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship Management:○ Schedule regular visits to healthcare facilities to engage with HCPs and address their needs.○ Provide ongoing support and education to HCPs, ensuring they are informed about product updates and best practices.
- Sales Activities:○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.○ Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Market Intelligence:○ Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Administrative Duties:○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.○ Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

**Skills & Expertise Required**:

- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in medical sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with HCPs.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing schedules, maintaining records, and handlingadministrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant sales or medical certifications are a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to sales achievements and target fulfillment.
- Benefits: Health insurance, travel allowances, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

**Who Will Not Be a Good Fit**:

- Individuals lacking experience in medical sales or a strong understanding of medical products.
