**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning, and effectively manage classroom routines and transitions.
- **Child Assessment**: Assess children's progress and development through observation and documentation, and communicate progress to parents through regular reports and parent-teacher conferences.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring that each child's developmental milestones are met.
- **Social-Emotional Development**: Foster a positive and supportive classroom climate where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to express themselves.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents, including regular updates on their child's activities, progress, and any concerns.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other preschool staff members to plan and coordinate activities, share resources, and promote a cohesive learning environment.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and child development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in designing and implementing engaging learning activities.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
