**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Business Studies and Accounts to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12)
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and board examination requirements
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance students' conceptual understanding and analytical skills
- Provide individualized support to students to improve their academic performance
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting regular assessments and mock tests
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assignments, and assessments
- Stay updated with the latest developments in commerce, accounting practices, and business trends
- Guide students on career opportunities in commerce, finance, and business management
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize academic events, commerce-related competitions, and workshops
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and development

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Business Studies and Accounts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior secondary accounts teacher
- Strong understanding of business concepts, financial accounting, and economics
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching for enhanced learning outcomes
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward academic excellence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
