**About the Role**:

- As Solution Architect, manage design, build, test and support of automation workflows/solutions understanding the business need and problem statement and working closely with a team of internal and external Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers/engineers and architects.
- Develop, enhance and maintain the automation platform and capability architecture, standards and procedures following industry best practices, help the developer to comply with the defined coding guidelines.
- Manage the development framework and a host of custom Activities and Libraries used for development.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring the defined/recommended coding standards and practices.
- Assess automation opportunities from technical standpoint and perform technical feasibility / due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution, maintain Solution Design Document (SDD) considering re-useability of the code/build components.
- Manage Orchestrator being the admin and ensures the best practices, optimal use of the BOTs/ licenses. Be the support between SwissRe and technology vendors for any technical issues/ support required.
- Support issue resolutions arising in day-to-day processes and provide timely resolution or help to relevant parties (internal or external) adhering the agreed SLAs
- Manage automation of platform and service-related activities from architecture perspective and help the team adapting new technologies like Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence etc.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, architects to identify the right tech or solution to avoid redundancy and ensuring the proposed automation solutions are best fit and aligned with overall organization’s technology environment.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s or higher Degree in information systems / computer science or equivalent.
- Experiences working with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with C#, as well as REST APIs is a must
- Expert understanding of RPA development methodologies, GIT, Azure DevOps, Orchestrator set up
- Architectural approach combined with business-oriented mindset, with good articulation, facilitation and consensus building skills
- Flexible, able to work independently, provide larger business solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment)
