- Inventory management: Ordering office supplies, stocking supply stations, and maintaining inventories
- Filing: Creating and maintaining filing systems, contacts databases, and employee lists
- Event coordination: Organizing on-site and off-site team events
- Customer service: Providing customer service
- Travel arrangements: Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives
- Documentation: Preparing documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements
- Banking Work: Perform outside office work and banking work.
