
Female Front Desk with Operations

**Location**: Sushma Grande, Zirakpur
**Work Timings**: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for school administrators as required.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain student records, attendance, and admission-related documents.
- Assist in processing admissions, enrollments, and withdrawals.
- Handle correspondence, circulars, and notifications to parents and staff.
- Maintain school inventory and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies for school-related operations.
**Operations & Facility Management**:
- Ensure the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the school premises.
- Coordinate transportation, cafeteria, and housekeeping operations.
- Supervise support staff, including security, housekeeping, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are in place and followed.
**Parent & Student Interaction**:
- Address and resolve concerns of parents, students, and staff professionally.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, school events, and open houses.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters in collaboration with the school administration.
**Time & Event Management**:
- Plan and execute school events, functions, and celebrations efficiently.
- Maintain an academic and event calendar, ensuring timely communication to staff and parents.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
**Compliance & Reporting**:
- Maintain compliance with school policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by school management.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking related to operations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, school management software, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of school safety regulations and operational best practices.
