
Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for all visitors and clients. They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the reception area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage courier services — incoming and outgoing.
- Support HR and Admin departments with basic clerical tasks when required.
- Ensure the front desk operations are aligned with the company’s security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
Pay: ₹8,914.87 - ₹12,000.00 per month
