Job Title: Service Tracker/Supervisor
Job Summary/Objective:
The Service Tracker is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and documenting service activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers. They track service requests, schedule appointments, and maintain records to support service operations.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assign requests from customers via Samsung portal.
2. Schedule service appointments based on availability of engineers and customer preferences.
3. Coordinate with service engineer to ensure they have necessary information and materials for each service visit.
4. Track the progress of service requests and update customers on the status of their appointments.
5. Document service activities, including service reports, work orders, and customer feedback.
6. Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
7. Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including billing and invoicing information.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to optimize service delivery processes.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
5. Proficiency in using service tracking software or Samsung Gspn systems.
6. Knowledge of service operations and basic technical terminology is preferred.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
