To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the hardware and fasteners market (screws, self-drilling screws, roofing hardware, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and visit potential customers such as hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and PEB/roofing companies.**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business..
- Maintain records of daily visits, calls, and sales in CRM/reporting system.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock updates, and delivery follow-ups.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate / Diploma (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related).
- Experience**:Fresher or 1-3 years of field sales experience (hardware, building materials, fasteners, or related industry preferred).**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of local market and hardware distribution network is an advantage.
- **Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
