- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**:Role 1: Quotation Management**
- Prepare and review quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of quotations while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain and update quotation records and databases for future reference.

**Role 2: Purchase Assistance**
- Support the procurement process by sourcing and ordering goods and services.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up on purchase requests until completion.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and regulations.

**Role 3: Operations Support**
- Manage credits and refunds for shortages or missing items.
- Handle logistics-related tasks using MS Excel, including reporting and data management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and streamline processes.
