**Position: Center Admin Executive**
**Work Timings**:8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays are holidays)
**Location**: Sector 21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
**Responsibilities**:
**Admin**
- Payment of bills
- Maintenance & repairs
- Inter department coordination
- Obtaining necessary approvals and signatures/authorization
**Basic Accounting**
- Book Keeping
- Vouchers submission to accounts against expenses under different categories
- Data entry
- File maintenance
**Finance**
- Managing the books of accounts
- Tracking the fee payments
- Creating the MIS reports
**Operations**
- Managing the SOPs and operations for the school and the ancillary services
**Procurement & Vendor relations**
- Coordination with new and existing vendors for the framing and the renewal of contracts
- Settlements
**Role Prerequisites**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/commerce
- Preferred Familiarity with MS Office and online admin tools
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar role preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
