**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging soft skills and behavioral training to the students.
- Facilitate daily sessions to help the students acquire employment-oriented soft skills.
- Monitor students' progress through documented training plans and trackers.
- Assess and evaluate students' job readiness.
- Provide written daily reports to the Senior Manager.
- Mentor the students according to dynamic training needs and market trends.
- **Qualification and** **Skills**:

- Good communication and analytical skills with proficiency in the English language
- Strong training and facilitation abilities for interactive learning.
- Patience and empathy for guiding students' soft skill development.
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field is an added advantage
- Major degree in English language or related certifications (preferable not compulsory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
