**About the Position**:
We are looking for an innovative soft skills trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. To be successful as a trainer you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills.

You will perform or supervise the performance of training activities. And performs any action intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an organization's employees. You will be involved in developing, planning, or conducting training activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Design effective training programs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Manage training budgets.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Determining course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- The trainer should conduct IT Training.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a teaching position.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Experience in designing technical course content.
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint).
