We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance the overall user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing websites that meet client specifications and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the latest design techniques are implemented.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Optimize websites for performance, ensuring fast loading times and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
